TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Availability - Unless it says otherwise on the Commissions page, I am always available to do commissions. Booking is essential so that you may join the queue, please email to see approximately how long your commission will take.

Deadlines and email - I am always prompt with deadlines and will often finish work ahead of schedule. My primary email address is ophelias_diary@hotmail.com, and I check this a few times each day. I am prompt in responding to queries and questions.

Payment - I prefer payment to come through Paypal (phezophelia@yahoo.com.au), and am Paypal verified. However, in Australia I also accept payment through direct bank deposit and money order. I do not accept cheque or foreign currency.

If you wish to purchase one of the 'For Sale' pictures on the website, please email me so that I may put the picture on holding status while we negotiate the most convenient method of payment / shipping etc. Please do not simply deposit the money into my Paypal account!

Prints - At this stage, I do not offer prints of my work except for certain Angelbears which are offered through my Deviantart Shop.

Framing - At this stage, I do not offer framing services.

Shipping - A4 and A3 artwork is shipped within a week of receiving full payment, in bubble-wrap protected Australian post-paks marked do not bend, via international Airmail. All large pastel works are sent in a post-pak tube. Each piece comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, and a letter explaining what you have ordered / payment. All pastel pictures come with instructions on how to take care of an original pastel work.

Depending on your location, Airmail can take between 1 and 5 weeks to arrive. Images can be Couriered at your cost and will take 3 to 5 days to arrive at most international destinations. Images are not insured unless requested.

Insurance - Please email me for a quote if you wish to insure an item.

Returns / Refunds - Refunds are only give on insured items that have been damaged in transit or lost, once the insurance provider has paid.

Refunds are not given on uninsured items.

You may not return a commission simply because you do not like it. The commission process ensures that you view both the draft and the final version of the artwork. Any deposits negotiated for time spent on artwork are likewise non-refundable as per the contract between the client and the artist.

Banners and Links - If you wish to link to this website, please feel free to take any of these banners by right-clicking and saving the banner onto your hard-drive and uploading it onto your own website or host (or Photobucket etc.).
